These Terms govern your use of Thousand Miles. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. Thousand Miles is operated by Winson Chow Wei Xin.
You need an account. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your region, and you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Thousand Miles surfaces patterns from what you log and what Apple Health shares. Readiness scores, recaps, nutrition estimates, and recommendations are informational only. They are not medical advice and don't replace a qualified clinician for any health decision. Nutrition estimates in particular are AI-generated approximations — check them before relying on them, and don't use them to manage a medical condition.
Your entries, photos, and notes remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, back up, and display them back to you across your devices. We don't use your content to train AI models.
We may change or discontinue features. AI estimation depends on a third-party service and is subject to daily limits; it may be unavailable at times.
Thousand Miles is free to use. Thousand Miles Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds:
Plans and prices:
Prices in other countries and currencies are set by the App Store and may include local taxes. The price shown on the purchase screen before you confirm is the one you pay.
Free trial: a new subscriber may be offered a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged for the plan you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Each Apple Account can use one trial. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Payment and renewal:
Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Profile → Thousand Miles Plus in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not get a refund for the rest of that period, except where the law requires one.
Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple handles all refunds. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
When Plus ends, AI estimates stop and photo backup goes back to the free limit. Nothing you have already logged or backed up is deleted. Your entries, estimates and photos stay yours, on your devices and on our servers.
Changes to Plus: we may change what Plus includes or its daily limits. If a change takes something away from Plus, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Any change to the price goes through Apple as described above.
Your purchase is also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application End User License Agreement at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula applies to your use of the app, alongside these Terms.
You can stop using Thousand Miles at any time by deleting your account in Settings and uninstalling the app. We may suspend access in cases of abuse.
Thousand Miles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for Thousand Miles. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim about the app is with us, not Apple.
